Working Parents Have Childcare Options with Crystal Lake Park District Extended Time Programs for 2012-2013 School Year

The Crystal Lake Park District is now accepting registrations for the 2013-2014 School Year.

The Crystal Lake Park District is now accepting registration for parents who would like to utilize the Extended Time program for the 2013-2014 school years.  Extended Time (E.T.) is a before and after school program providing safe, reliable care for children.  E.T. gives parents the comfort of knowing where their children are when they cannot be home.  All District #47 students in kindergarten through fifth grade are eligible to attend. Openings available at Glacier Ridge, Canterbury/Coventry, Husmann, Indian Prairie, North, West/South and Woodscreek Elementary Schools, as well as our facility at Spoerl Park (kindergarten only).   Children must be toilet trained.  Parents with changing work schedules can utilize the 10-day Extended Time Punch Pass at their school site.  The passes can be used for regular school days, half days or Institute Days.  Prices are as low as $163/month.

E.T. staff provides supervised recreational activities allowing time for group games, arts and crafts, movies, field trips, fun with friends and even homework!  This program also allows your children to participate in after school art classes or sport practices you might not have been able to transport them to.  Scholarships and reduced rates are available for those in need, on a first come, first served basis.

The Crystal Lake Park District Extended Time Before and After School Program is offered at the following times:
A.M. Session 6:15 am-8:45 am
P.M. Session 3:30 pm-6:15 pm
Kindergarteners come 6:15-12:30 pm or 11:30 am-6:15 pm

To register for Crystal Lake Park District Extended Time stop by the Crystal Lake Park District Administrative  Office, One East Crystal Lake Avenue, Crystal Lake or call (815) 459-0680, ext. 220 for more information.
