Illinois State Treasurer Dan Rutherford Hosts I-Cash at Crystal Lake Kiwanis Club

October 23, 2013-Illinois State Treasurer Dan Rutherford hosted an I-cash event today at the Crystal Lake Kiwanis Club's lunch meeting.  Rutherford spoke with members of the club about the states finances and about how the Unclaimed Property program I-Cash is recording record breaking numbers of claims that have been made.  In McHenry county alone their are 110,303 claims with a value of $19,478,425. 

To find out if you have unclaimed property through I-Cash, visit www.treasurer.il.gov and follow the I-Cash link.  The website is updated weekly to reflect new unclaimed properties.
