Make a New Year's Resolution that Sticks

Experts give advice on making and keeping resolutions for the New Year.

And on New Year’s Eve people usually do a lot of snacking, drink lots of alcohol, smoke and stress about how to keep those resolutions. 

Psychology professor Avidan Milevsky, a Huffington Post blogger, has five tips to help you keep the resolutions. The tips range from making a realistic goal to giving yourself rewards.

Another point of view to keep in mind comes from author Ray Williams who writes a blog, Wired for Success, on Psychology Today.com. Williams says you have to change your behavior in order to be successful and keep resolutions.
