Where:  Veterans Acres Park on Walkup in Crystal Lake

Get the leash and attend the annual 12th annual Paws in the Park Walk & Pet Fest on Sunday, September 18, 2011 at Veteran’s Acres Park in Crystal Lake.

This family-friendly day of fun, from 10am to 2pm, will feature a 1-mile walk, pet blessings, kids’ activities, pet games, Pawcasso pet painting, raffles, exhibitors and more! And you don’t need a dog to walk! Walk for any of your pets or in memory of a pet or just walk with your friends. Only dogs are allowed at the walk, but feel free to bring a picture of your cat or other pet.

All proceeds benefit the cats and dogs living at the Helping Paws Animal Shelter in Woodstock, IL until they can find their forever homes. We welcome donations/pledges of any amount.

Registration Fees:
$25 – Pre-registration (includes goody bag/dog bandana)
$30 – Day of Event
$45 – Registration/Pledges (includes goody bag/dog bandana/event t-shirt)
