Leadership Board of Young Professionals Informational Meeting

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mchenry County is excited to be forming a Leadership Board of Young Professionals. COME TO AN INFORMATIONAL MEETING TO LEARN MORE!

What is a Leadership Board and why are we forming one?

The Leadership Board will consist of dedicated young men and women throughout McHenry County who volunteer their time, talents, and energy to support Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring programs.

Members will plan and host a signature event to raise funds to grow the organization, recruit future mentors, partners, and board members, and generate public awareness in a fun and social environment.

The Leadership Board will complement the efforts of the Executive Board and staff of Big Brothers Big Sisters of McHenry County while developing future leaders for the organization and the community.

Everything done by the Leadership Board will directly support Big Brothers Big Sisters of McHenry County and further our mission to change the lives of the children we serve for the better, forever.

Who can be involved?

We are reaching out to anyone from recent college graduates to young professionals in their mid-40’s. There is no set age limit; we are seeking committed, passionate individuals interested in furthering the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of McHenry County.

If you are passionate about making a difference in your community and like to socialize and network with purpose the Leadership Board might be for you!
