Crystal Lake Jaycees Blood and Children's Book Drive

The Crystal Lake Jaycees are hosting a Community Blood and Children's Book Drive on Saturday, August 4, 2012 between 9am and 1pm.    During the summer months, donations of blood are at there lowest.   We need your help!    To give you that extra incentive, Heartland Blood Centers will give you a certificate for a free quart of Oberweis Ice Cream!  

In conjunction with the blood drive, the Crystal Lake Jaycees are also collecting gently used children's books for our Share-A-Christmas program.    We'll give the books to our families that we adopt for our Christmas holiday program.    If you have a bunch of books, we'd love to take them off your hands.
