Veterans Outreach Program
FREE Aikido training course available for veterans, active duty, guard, reserve, and veterans with physical limitations.
-Train in the art of peace
-Expand awareness
-Connect mind and body
-Gain more control and confidence
-Attain physical fitness
The course will be held every Tuesday for six weeks @ 7:00 p.m. starting October 8.

*Discounts are also available to all veterans on many alternative, creative development, and wellness programs at the Abiding Spirit Center. Family members welcome.
