Steve Sebby & Todd Kessler, from season 3 of “The Voice”, will perform in ‘the Listening Room’ at the Lakeside Legacy Arts Park in Crystal Lake, IL on Saturday, November 2nd at 7:00pm

in ‘the Listening Room’ at the Lakeside Legacy Arts Park in Crystal Lake, IL.

Steve
Sebby, front man for Chicago’s Americana/ Rock/ Pop bands “Fire City limits,”
“Pullman Drive,” "The Bluewater Kings," and the “Steve Sebby Band,”
has been making a name for himself in the acoustic world around the Chicagoland
area. You’ve heard him on Southern Illinois College Radio, various “in-flight”
radio stations across the world, and formally the lead singer for the college
rock cover band “On The Radio” in Chicago. iTunes is another place where you
are able to hear his music, so go check it out today! Sebby is taking on ever
changing roles in the music scene and making lasting impressions on new venues
as his bands of rockers take on one of the greatest music cities in the world.

Todd
Kessler performed on NBC’s hit show, “The Voice”, during season three as a
member of Team Ceelo. Kessler started making his way through the Chicago music
scene in 2005, where he sang at every open mic opportunity he could. He has
headlined at some of Chicago’s best venues, such as: Lincoln Hall, Millennium
Park, Evanston’s SPACE, and Double Door, where he has gained countless fans
from his powerful voice. In 2012, Kessler and his band, “The New Folk”, started
to record their album “Sea Fever” and finished eighteen months later. With the
debut of this “Alternative/Folk/Pop” sound, Kessler and the band celebrated
with a summer residency at the famed Schubas Tavern Chicago, which was named
one of the top ten music venues in the country by CNN.com. Most recently, “The
New Folk” began touring in support of the album with a run of shows in Austin,
Texas during the famous South By South West concert music event.

Reupert, House Manager of ‘the Listening Room’, stated, “We are excited to have
young Chicago talent perform at the Lakeside Legacy Arts Park; especially since
Steve Sebby is making such a profound impact on the acoustic world and Todd
Kessler performed on NBC’s hit show, ‘The Voice’.”



“Live music events in ‘the Listening Room’ showcase local, regional, and
national talent,” remarked Siobhan Cottone, Lakeside’s Executive Director.
“This venue is special, we bring Chicago and the talents of the national stage
to Crystal Lake and surrounding communities. Kessler and Sebby, are example, of
the extraordinary talent, that concert goers will experience in our intimate
and state-of-the-art venue. You don’t have to travel to Chicago, for excellent
live music,” Cottone added.

Kessler will perform on November 2nd at 7:00pm in ‘the Listening
Room’, which is the state-of-the art performance venue within Lakeside Legacy
Arts Park. Tickets are $15 each and can be purchased online at www.lakesidelegacy.org or by contacting the Box
Office and asking for Roger (815-455-8000).  If online sales have not
sold out, tickets can also be purchased at the door. Lakeside encourages people
to purchase tickets in advance. If you purchase tickets at the door on 11/2,
however, please arrive by 6:30pm. A cash bar is also available during the
