When: Saturdays 1/25/14 through 3/15/14
Time: 8:00AM-10:00AMAge: U10 through High School (Open to any Travel Player)
Where: Regional Sports Center Arrive: at 7:45AM
Cost: $80.00
Players will be divided into age appropriate groups and will rotate through 3 stations over the two hours. Each station will consist of 35 minutes of continuous play with 5 minutes in between to move from station to station.

3. Speed, Strength & Agility Training
