Make a difference in the life of a senior!
In as little as an hour each week, you can make a difference
for a local senior in need. Volunteer opportunities include transportation to a
doctor appointment or grocery shopping, friendly visits, minor home repairs or
office assistance. Senior Care Volunteer Network (formerly Faith in Action)
preserves the independence of 1000 seniors each year through generous
volunteers just like you! Help keep seniors in their homes for as long as
possible and feel good doing it! A meeting for those interested will be held on
Thursday, November 7 at 2:30pm in the Arc Angel room of The Church of the Holy Apostles in McHenry. Contact Susan for more
