Exciting Rentals in 'the Listening Room' Open to Public

In
March, the Lakeside Legacy Arts Park in Crystal Lake will be hosting many
private rentals that will be open to the public with a ticket purchase. Whether
it is a Mardi Gras celebration, live entertainment supporting the Alexander
Leigh Center for Autism, or a Mindful at Work Retreat, these events will be
sure to be a fun and entertaining night out. For more information and learn how
to reserve your tickets, visit www.LakesideLegacy.org and go to our events
calendar. These are just two examples of the private rental options available
in 'the Listening Room' to musicians, the business community, non-for-profits,
and the community. "Lakeside, as a foundation, sponsors concerts and
performances to the community and we also rent the beautiful venue to the public,"
remarked Roger Reupert, House Manger of 'the Listening Room'. Reupert can be
contacted for a tour and for more information regarding rates/availability,
contract requirements, and guidelines for utilizing 'the Listening Room' at
815-455-8000. The space is also available for corporate meetings, lecture
series, and recitals. Siobhan Cottone, Lakeside's Executive Director added,
"If the event is a performance or public speaking element, the space can
be considered as a beautiful option for many types of events. Call Roger for a
tour to see if 'the Listening Room' is right for your event needs."



 



The
“Mindful at Work Retreat” with Bhante Sujatha and Tyler Lewke is a deep and
simple day retreat for anyone who desires to use spiritual principles as a path
to sustainable happiness and success at work and in life. This unique

On
March 1st at 7:30pm, The Elevate Project will be celebrating the release of a
book of poetry, written by band member Diana Floress, with live entertainment
and appetizers. All of the evening’s profits will be donated to the Alexander
Leigh Center for Autism. The Elevate Project is an eight-piece ensemble who
will be performing an eclectic mix of Latin, funk, soul, R&B, and rock

March 2nd the community is invited to purchase tickets to the privately
produced Mardi Gras Celebration in ‘the Listening Room’ by the Sinful Saints
Dixieland Band. They will be in ‘the Listening Room’ on Sunday, March 2nd at
3:00pm. Enjoy great music, a cash bar complete with Hurricanes, and a fun Mardi
