Small Group Personal Training for Women
Small Group Personal Training:
There really is strength in numbers and our Small Group Training proves it! Get the benefits of working with a certified personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience, and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals. Enrollment is for twelve (12) 1 hour sessions that meet twice a week for six weeks and includes a beginning and ending assessment to track your progress. Not able to come twice a week? That’s ok, we’ll allow once a week for 12 weeks, but we recommend twice a week for the best results.
Sessions are Monday and/or Wednesday at 10:45am and/or 6:45pm.
Trial Class: You may attend one time for $30 to see if you like it before committing to the 12 sessions.
