Admission is FREE and open to all residents. Families will enjoy over 40 interactive educational exhibits including door prizes. Guest appearances include Crystal Lake Fire Dept Smoke House, Ronald McDonald, the Blue Power Panther and more. Children can get cards stamped to turn in for free school supply box and be entered into drawing for one of two new bikes and helmets.
Appointments are still available for school physicals (for qualifying children) at Family Health Partnership Clinic 779-220-9300. Reduced-cost immunizations and dental screenings are offered on first-come, first-served basis. Parents/guardians should bring shot records; call Dept of Health for information 815-334-4500. These services have a nominal fee. See you there!
