Teen Accused in Pinhole Camera Case Candidate for First Offender Program

Luke Patrick Gildea is accused of planting a pinhole camera in the locker room at Crystal Lake Central High School, according to the Northwest Herald.

Luke Patrick Gildea, 17, of Crystal Lake could be accepted into the county's first offender program for accusations that he placed a pinhole camera in a boy's locker room at Crystal Lake Central High School, according to the Northwest Herald. 

Gildea is charged with one count of unauthorized video recording and one count of unauthorized video recording of a victim under 18 years of age — both felony charges —and any conviction would be taken off his record if he was accepted and completed the program, according to the article.
