Cary Man Acquitted of Murder Charges

According to a Northwest Herald report, a Cary man was found not guilty of a first degree murder charge by a jury on Thursday.

A 24-year-old Cary man was acquitted on an attempted degree murder charge for running a man over with his jeep, according to the Northwest Herald.

However, the Northwest Herald reports, Michael W. Rohn was found guilty of three counts of aggravated battery, in which his sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 12.
