Cary Fall Leaf Collection Begins Oct. 1
Tree leaves are starting to fall, make sure to pack them up for the village's refuse hauler.
Beginning Oct. 1 through Nov. 30, the village's refuse hauler, Groot, will begin its Fall Leaf Collection Program.
Leaves will only be collected if they are placed in Kraft paper bags, or another bio-degradable bag, with a "Leaf Sticker" clearly affixed to the bag.
Leaf stickers are 85 cents and can be purchased at , Ace Hardware, Jewel/Osco and .

Please note that when the bags are filled, they cannot weigh more than 50 pounds. Plastic bags may not be used for leaf collection.
