The effect of food and motion on weight and health.

I have read an article that says that the more we sit or the more inactive we are, the better chance we have of becoming overweight and eventually obese. 

We drink coffee (not many calories unless we have what I call 'phoo-phoo coffee') or soda and or snacks or a low nutrition lunch.  We sit to much.  Kids are obese now.

Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence standing up at a wall desk.  Physical education has been removed from some schools as if not needed.  What good is a genius brain without a 'healthy vehicle' to carry it around in? 

We need to be an active example to our children so they can see what a healthy lifestyle is all about.  I have given talks in the past on this topic and am always thrilled when I see positive results. 

A healthy liftstyle is a stool with legs called exercise, nutrition, positive attitude, and an integrated nervous system/chiropractic.  If any one of the legs are missing, you have a stool that tips and cannot be stable. It does not take a lot of effort to start.

So start and see how great you can feel.
