Here are the ingredients:
- juice of one lemon

-1 to 2 cloves of garlic crushed or finely chopped
-1 teaspoon of finely chopped or grated ginger or 1/4 teaspoon of dried ginger

- a pinch of chili powder or a little chopped fresh chili
- 1-2 teaspoons of honey if desired
Here are the directions:
- place the ingredient in a mug
- pour boiling water into the mug
