The economy, even though not great is increasing on a steady pace and and the financial fear that most had in the past 5-7 years of our naions financial turmoil is now in retreat. Buyers realizing that interest rates are now going to rise (1% increase in interest rates in the past month from an all time low of 3.25% to the curret 4.3%). Buyers have been coming out in numbers that we have not seen for over 7 years. Sellers and move up buyers (needing to sell their homes) are now more confident that home prices are rising and putting their homes back on te market looking for a quick sale.
