Mariani-Issel Joins Dorion Gray Team

Ann Mariani-Issel will serve as vice president, chief operations/ compliance officer for Dorion Gray Retirement Planning.

 

Ann Mariani-Issel recently joined the management team at Retirement Planning as Vice President, Chief Operations/Compliance Officer.

Issel joins DGRP with more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry. Her most recent position was as Vice President/CCO of an SEC registered, independent money management firm located in Downers Grove, IL.

Issel was responsible for all day to day operations of the firm's Chicago area main office. She had extensive interaction with the firm's solicitor and client base.

Prior to her 19 year career in the investment advisory field, Issel spent several years learning various aspects of the business. While at the Chicago Board of Trade, she was responsible for negotiating disputed commodity trades with the floor brokers.

She worked with the vice president of mutual fund sales at a regional broker dealer in Denver, Col., and gained experience in back office administration while working for a broker dealer in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago.

Issel will also be a member of both the firm’s executive and investment committee. She is a graduate of Northern Illinois University, and a board member of the Wayne Historic Preservation Society. She lives in Wayne with her husband and two sons.
