'I Shop Crystal Lake' Deadline Approaching for Chance to Win Prizes

What's the saying, "You can't win if you don't play?"

Shoppers participating in the "I Shop Crystal Lake" Summer Gift Certificate Contest will have a shot a winning prizes ranging in value from $50 to $1,000 just by turning in their receipts to the city.

People can enter the "I Shop Crystal Lake Summer Gift Certificate Contest" by making purchases of at least $200 at Crystal Lake businesses between May 1 through July 31, 2012, and submitting their receipts with an contest entry form. A drawing from the entries will determine the winners.

Winners will receive "I Shop Crystal Lake" gift certificates valued at between $50 and $1,000. Here's how to enter the contest:

1) Spend at least $200 at Crystal Lake businesses from May 1 to July 31, 2012. 
2) Submit a completed entry form along with copies of your receipts by July 31, 2012.

Shoppers must be sure the city receives their application by July 31, at the latest. Winners will be drawn Aug. 2. The following prizes will be awarded:

1 Grand Prize - $1,000 "I Shop Crystal Lake" gift certificate 
10 Second Prizes - $100 "I Shop Crystal Lake" gift certificates 
20 Third Prizes - $50 "I Shop Crystal Lake" gift certificates
