Cary Grove Area Chamber Hosts Annual Golf Outing

Proceeds from the August golf outing will benefit the Cary Grove Food Pantry.

The Cary Grove Area Chamber of Commerce is accepting registrations for its 11th Annual Golf Outing.

This year's event tees off Friday, Aug. 24, at Foxford Hills Golf Club, 6800 S. Rawson Bridge Rd., Cary, according to a chamber press release.

Proceeds form the outing will benefit the Cary Grove Food Pantry, located in the parking lot of St. Barnabas Church, 8901 Cary-Algonquin Rd., Cary.

The special day begins with breakfast and registration at 7:30 a.m.; a 9 a.m. shotgun start; and a scramble format. Lunch, awards and prizes will follow, the release stated.

Ticket price will include golf, cart, meals, awards and giveaways. Tickets are $125 per golfer, and $500 per foursome. The lunch-only ticket is $25 per person. Registration forms and more information is available on the Cary Grove Area Chamber of Commerce website.
