: Established in 1983, Orchard Prime Meats is a novel blending of a neighborhood wine bar, a tapas restaurant and full-service butcher shop.

The shop is inspired by proprietor Nick Domanico’s travels through Europe and his heritage as a third-generation butcher, along with co-owner Rich Monfeli, who manages the full-service butcher shop.

There is an event always going on at this place, which now has a special permit from the village of Cary that allows outside seating for the summer.

: 12 years strong in Cary, Galati’s is known for its generous portions of home-cooked Italian specialties and great service. Galati’s offers an intimate setting with dim lights, low-key seating and many dinner specials.

It’s owned by Vince Galati and his partner, Len Lipetri. Galati says they like Cary because it still has that small-town, family atmosphere. The food is outstanding. On the other side of the building, on Spring Street, is the entrance to the bar.

: All their pizzas, pastas, and specialties are made from high-quality, fresh ingredients and are guaranteed to put a smile on your face and draw a crowd in your kitchen. Do you need an event catered? Well, Romanesco has many packages that are broken down by the price for one person. Good food, good savings.

: This pizza shop has been open in Cary since 1994 and has Chicago-style deep-dish pizza down to a science. It may be a national chain now, but it has rich history dating to the 1890s in New York. “In 1970, Rick Rosati, great grandson of Fred Sr., continued the family tradition and opened his own Rosati’s Pizza in Arlington Heights, Illinois,” according to its website. “By 1978, a total of ten individual Rosati family members owned Rosati’s Pizza locations. In 1979 the family decided to expand the business and began franchising the Rosati’s Pizza concept.”
