Inaugural Cary Main Street Fest Coming This Fall

A new outdoor festival is coming to Cary this fall.

The Cary Main Street fest is being organized by the Cary Grove Area Chamber of Commerce and will be held on Saturday, Sept. 27, and Sunday, Sept. 28.

The outdoor fall festival will feature local restaurants and businesses, a marketplace of vendors and artists, live entertainment and a children's area, according to a  recent Cary Grove Area Chamber of Commerce newsletter.

Organizers hope is to make the fall festival annual event, according to Suburban Life Publications. This year there will be a variety of craft beers and wines available as well as a main stage with bands, according to the article.

Those attending will be asked to donate $5 at the gate for admission and revenue from the donations, beverage sales and sponsorships will help fund the volunteer grant program, according to the Daily Herald.

The Cary Grove Chamber is expected to provide more details on the festival in upcoming newsletters. For more information, visit carygrovechamber.com.
