Cary Children Skating in the Early 1900's

This edition will mark 18 entries of the Harper-Freeman collection, which is now maintained by the Village of Cary.

The  photo shown is of 12 Cary children, and one dog, taking a break from skating in town during the early 1900's, according to the village description.

The children are shown standing on a frozen pond in what is now the Cary Park District's . The photo was donated to the collection by Agnes Lazansky.
