Family Health Partnership Clinic moved from Woodstock in November to its brand new clinic in Crystal Lake. The new facility allows for twice as many uninsured resident to receive care. It is located at 401 E. Congress Parkway with 8:30 - 4:30p.m. on M,T,W,F and 8:30 - 7:00p.m. hours on Thursday. All patients are seen by appointment only. This new clinic was the result of a capital campaign in which community members, corporations and grants donated to the fund. The picture is from the recent open house at the clinic site.
