Family Health Partnership Clinic moves to Crystal Lake

On November 23, Family Health Partnership Clinic opened its new clinic doors in Crystal Lake at 401 E. Congress Parkway.  The clinic is twice the size of the old clinic and the staff will be able to see twice as many patients.  Five years in planning, the clinic's $3.2 million dollar capital campaign has reached 90% of its goal with $2.9 million raised with a lead gift of $1 million dollars from the Foglia Family Foundation.  Currently an anonymous donor has offered a $50,000 donation if the clinic can raise an additional $50,000.  The clinic serves uninsured and underinsured patients in McHenry County who might otherwise go without medical care.
