Crystal Lake Park District Offers Dry Storage Space for Sailboats

The Crystal Lake Park District has dry storage space available for rent for park district residents. The dry storage compound at West Park (2330 Lake Avenue, Crystal Lake) has 18 boat stalls available. The boat storage compound, which is lit to provide better security, can only accommodate sailboats 16 feet or under which do not have a catamaran type hull. Only one boat can be stored in each stall.

Registration for dry storage spaces begins Monday, April 7. Stalls will be leased on a first-come, first-served basis for $80. Sailboats can be stored beginning April 7, and must be removed from storage on or before October 31.  There is a limit of one dry storage slip per household and is available only to park district residents.

To rent a stall, you must provide the following documents in person at the Crystal Lake Park District Administrative Office, One East Crystal Lake Avenue, Crystal Lake:
