It's Waiting Wednesday at Big Brothers Big Sisters of McHenry County!
Waiting Little Brother Joey lives with his mother in Cary. Joey’s mother is looking for a mentor for her son because he has low self-esteem and lacks consistent male attention in his life. She wants him to have a friendly, positive male role model who is interested in sports and who her son can have fun with!
Joey is a sweet and articulate little boy. He says that he wants a Big Brother because he does not have siblings and wants someone to play with. He would like to play baseball and football with a Big Brother. Joey also likes to swim, go out to eat, watch movies and ride bikes. Joey wants his future Big Brother to know that he is nice and is an outdoor kind of person.
Interesting facts about Joey:
