23rd Annual Children's Health & Safety Fair

McHenry County College, 8900 Northwest Highway, Crystal Lake.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The “Path to Health & Safety" is the theme for the 23rd Annual McHenry County Children's Health & Safety Fair at McHenry County College on Wednesday, July 31. Free admission.

Interactive games and health information as well as important immunizations and physicals before the start of the next school year.

Free Senior Luau

Main Beach, 300 Lake Shore Dr., Crystal Lake
6 to 8:30 p.m.

Aloha, again to the 14th Annual Senior Luau. Seniors, come enjoy the different dances from each island, the beautiful costumes, as well as Don Ho (Pesi) from the Royal Polynesian Review. 

Light refreshments will be served while supplies last.

UPDATE: The senior Luau has been moved to Park Place, 406 W. Woodstock St., Crystal Lake because of the inclement weather.

McHenry County Fair 

Opens Today, Wednesday, July 3, and Runs through Sunday, Aug. 4
Route 47 and Country Club Road, Woodstock

Bring your family to the McHenry County Fair to see horses, pigs, sheep, cows, chickens, ducks, and many other farm animals. Highlights include the McHenry County Queen pageant, carnival, tractor pull, Motocross, demolition derby, petting zoo, and more.
