Who says exercise has to be serious?  Come join us for some dancin' fun, meet great people, and burn calories all at the same time.  Maria Ortega our certiified Zumba Instructor, has a constant smile, fast movin' feet and positive energy that are infectious.  She  makes this form of aerobic exercise fun and exciting for any skill or ability.

Stop in afterwords for a refreshing smoothie and some cool herbal energy tea. 

NO prior experience is necessary. Just follow Maria and move your body to the music. 

Classes are being held right now at Bonus Nutrition.  You can drop in for single classes or sign up for a series of six:
 

Mondays 6-7 pm and Thursdays 9-10 am.

You're welcome to drop in on our classes going on now.  The next series of six starts August 9 (Thursdays) and August 20 (Mondays)

Cost:  Series of 6 sessions/$42 or $10/drop–in
