Come and join us Wednesday Nights at 7:00pm for a loving kindness & mindfulness meditation followed by a lively discussion.

If you would like to help support this Meditation practice, You can sponsor a Meditation. The cost is $30.00 & all proceeds go to the space rental or support of the temple. For you support, The night you sponsor, You will receive a special blessing from the monks and a mindfulness bracelet.   
 
Please bring a Cushion ,Pillow, or Blanket  for your comfort.
