Wear green and celebrate the holiday at the 1st Annual St. Paddy's Day Bash at Saturday, March 17, from 6-11 pm at Park Place, 406 W. Woodstock St, Crystal Lake. This family-friendly event features dinner catered by Colemans, entertainment by the McNulty Irish Dancers, music and dancing and a cash bar featuring Harp and Guinness beer. Tickets are $20 per adult and $10 per child (under age 12). Register in advance at www.crystallakeparks.org (program code #5801-0) or in person at the Crystal Lake Park District Administrative Office, One East Crystal Lake Avenue, Crystal Lake. More About Park Place
Park Place, located one block south of Rte. 176 at the corner of Woodstock and Oak streets, is a banquet facility that has received acclaim in McHenry county for its services. Park Place was purchased and renovated by the Crystal Lake Park District in 1998. It offers a capacity for up to 200 people, and is a full-service catering facility, with full bar, bartending and restaurant services for events and special occasions. As part of the Crystal Lake Park District, Park Place offers separate rental rates for residents and non-residents.
