Join us each and every Saturday morning at 7:30AM to participate in either a "Fun Run" or "Talk 'n Walk". All levels of fitness welcome! We run or walk a variety of distances and speeds. Whether you are a brand new walker or seasoned runner, we are the group for you! Gatorade, snacks and laughter to follow the runs and walks. Come on out! Meet new friends, enjoy the great outdoors. What a great way to start off your weekend! Remember, each and every Saturday at 7:30AM. You'll be glad you came!

Located in the Brink Street Market Plaza in downtown Crystal Lake, The Running Depot supplies all things running and fitness. A clean and trendy store, kids shoes and spikes are available in addition to adult running, and a treadmill is ready in the store to test them out before buying. The store offers a variety of brands and is very active in the community. Community 'fun runs' occur on Saturdays at 7:30 am.
