Patricia D. Miller, of Chicago, passed away, Saturday, August 18, 2012, in Crystal Lake.

She was born on July 7, 1944, to James and Ada Mullin in Chicago.

Pat was a life-long Cubs Fan, enjoyed crafting and playing Bingo. She treasured the times spent with family in Florida.

Pat is survived by her children, Jim (Nadine) Miller, Steve (Katy) Miller, Gregg (Helen) Miller, Nicole Miller and Jennifer (Alan) Perkins; grandchildren, Matthias, Glenn, Geoffrey, Melissa, Erica, Emma, Josh, Nicholas, Ryan, Michael and Courtney; brother, Robert (Georgette) Mullin and Diane “Pinki” McCullom; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Margarite “Peg” (Robert) Leonard and parents.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Route 176, Crystal Lake.

Burial will be held at Crystal Lake Memorial Park, Crystal Lake.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made directly to the family.
