Marengo Man Charged with Sexual Assault
McHenry County Sheriff’s office arrests 17-year-old in connection with September assault.
A 17-year-old was charged with criminal sexual assault involving a female juvenile, McHenry County Sheriff’s Deputies said.
The suspect’s name was not released due to his age but deputies said he admitted that he assaulted the victim at an address in unincorporated Marengo on Sept. 22, according to reports.
He was arrested on Oct. 30 and his bond was set at $80,000, deputies said.

OKay first of all, this is all wrong... The date on which the 18 year old, I stress he is 18 not 17 year old was arrested was October 23 of 2012. The name was in fact released to the public domain.
