Man Sentenced to 20 Years for Sexually Assaulting Girl, 9

Richmond resident Ariel Guerra was sentenced Thursday to 20 years in prison for sexually assaulting a nine-year-old girl from June 2010 to May 2011, the Northwest Herald reports.
Guerra, 30, who recently lived in Crystal Lake, pleaded guilty to two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, both Class X felonies. He faced 45 to 120 years in prison, according to the Herald.
McHenry County Judge Charles P. Weech accepted Guerra's plea agreeement terms, but said Guerra must serve 85 percent of his sentence, amounting to 17 years, before he is eligble to be released from prison, the Herald article reports.

hes let go to do it again or worse from what he will learn in prison..Is he an illegal as well? I wouldn't doubt it.
