Crystal Lake Police Blotter: Underage Drinking, DUIs

Underage Drinking

Samantha C. Heavner, 20, 9708 Palmer Dr., Lakewood, was arrested July 2 and charged with one count of possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor. Heavner is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 7.

Paul D. Wilde, 19, 215 Columbine St., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 2, and charged with one count of possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor. Wilde is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 7.

Camerin P. Cekay, 20, 111 Delaware St., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 2, and charged with one count of possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor. Cekay is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 7.

Carlos Morales, 20, 122 W. Woodstock St. 2F, Crystal Lake, was arrested July 4, and charged with one count of possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor. Morales posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 21.

DUI

Jeffrey D. Musielak, 50, 410 N. Timothy Ln., McHenry, was arrested July 3, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, and one count of driving under the influence of alcohol with BAC .08. Musielak posted bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court on July 17.

Stacy Lee Minogue, 36, 260 Hampshire Ln., Lakewood, was arrested July 3 and charged with one count of driving under the influence and one count of resisting/ obstructing a peace officer. Minogue was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Department. She is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 7.
