The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Crystal Lake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BATTERY

Lee A. Stone, 33, of the 1000 block of Plum Tree Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged with domestic battery and unlawful interference with a report of domestic violence on Oct. 3. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff's Office and has a Branch 1 court date to be set.

Scot D. Snyder, Jr., 19, of the 50 block of Della Avenue, Crystal Lake, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff's Office battery and disorderly conduct on Sept. 28. He was released on a $300 bond and has a Branch 1 court date Oct. 20.

Jennifer A. Ocasio, 27, of the 10500 block of Charles Road, Woodstock, was arrested for a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff's Office for domestic battery and deceptive practice on Sept. 28. She was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff's Office and has a Branch 1 court date to be set.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT 

James M. Jennings, 40, of the 700 block of Silk Oak Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with disorderly conduct Oct. 1. He was released on $120 bond and has a Branch 1 court date Nov. 9.

DRIVING OFFENSES 

Todd J. Bedgood, 42, of the 20 block of Bellwood Court, Algonquin, was charged with driving while license suspended Sept. 28. He was released on $150 bond and has a Branch 1 court date Oct. 26.

Francis X. Sanchez, 49, of the 13900 block of State Route 176, Woodstock, was arrested for a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for a traffic offense on Sept. 28. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff's Office and has a Branch 1 court date to be set.

Magdiel Rodriguez-Hernandez, 27, of the 5900 block of Briarwood Drive, Crystal Lake, was arrested for a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff's Office for no valid driver's license and improper turn Sept. 27. He was released on a $175 bond and has a Branch 1 court date Oct. 19.

Maribel Dominguez-Gonzalez, 22, of the 1000 block of Northshore Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving while license suspended, unlawful use of a driver's license and expired registration on Sept. 30. She was released with $150 bond and has a Branch 1 court date Oct. 19.

Juana Garcia-Espinoza, 32, of the 3100 block of Wakefield Drive, Carpentersville, was charged with no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured vehicle and improper starting of a parked vehicle on Oct. 2. She was released on $150 bond and has a Branch 1 court date Nov. 18.

THEFT 

Nicholas J. Golos, 18, of the 1600 block of Shelton Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft Oct. 3. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff's Office and has a Branch 1 court date Oct. 26.

Tyler J. Bigos, 18, of the 1500 block of W. Crandon Court, Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft Oct. 3. He was released on $150 bond and has a Branch 1 court date Oct. 26.

OTHER 

Sarah B. Brierton, 29, of the 400 block of Three Oaks Road, Cary, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff's Office for criminal trespass Sept. 27. A Branch 1 court date has not yet been set.

Scott R. Lanman, 18, of the 6400 block of Highline Road, Crystal Lake, was charged with violation of an order of protection Sept. 28. He was transported to McHenry County Sheriff's Office. A Branch 1 court date has not yet been set.

Alexandra L. Ladd, 18, of the 1400 block of fountain Green Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged with conspiracy Oct. 3. She was released on $150 bond and has a Branch 1 court date Oct. 26.

Bradley J. Burger, 46, of the 200 block of Pomery Avenue, Crystal Lake, was charged with violation of an order of protection and a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff's Office for violation of an order of protection Oct. 3. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff's Office and has a Branch 1 court date to be set.

Robert L. Bacci, 40, address unknown, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff's Office for criminal trespass. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff's Office. A Branch 1 court date has not yet been set.
