The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Crystal Lake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Possession of Stolen Vehicle

On Dec. 9, Jakob David Nelson, 17, 23543 N. Cottage Rd., Lake Zurich, was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, criminal damage to government-supported property, reckless conduct, three counts of aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. He was taken into custody by the McHenry County Sheriff's Office with a Dec. 14 court date.

Traffic Offenses

Martin Duran-Rodriguez, 41, 272 Plymouth Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged, Dec. 9, with driving while license revoked, speeding, and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released on a $150 bond and has a Jan. 25 court date.

On Dec. 14, Miguel Garcia, 42, 3303 Kishwaukee Dr., Rockford, was charged with driving without a valid license, obstructing identification, two counts of no valid safety test, unsafe tire, improper use of registration and overweight on registration. He was released on a $150 bond with a Feb. 1 court date.

Brian Dennis Sonntag, 38, 32 Walkup Ave., Crystal Lake, was charged with driving while license revoked and failure to wear a seatbelt on Dec. 15. He was released on a $150 bond with a Jan. 4 court date.

Driving Under the Influence

Ibrahim Mir Mustafa, 25, 400 Jaclay Ct., Sleepy Hollow, was charged, Dec. 10, with driving while under the influence, breath alcohol content over .08, and driving on the wrong side of the street. He was released on a $100 bond and drivers license and has a Jan. 4 court date.

Sentoro Domite Dunn, 39, 7312 Ashton Villa, Rockford, was charged, Dec. 11,  with driving under the influence, breath alcohol content over 08, driving while license suspended, speeding, and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released on a $300 bond with a Jan. 18 court date.

Drug Charges

Brett William Justen, 26, 930 Camelot Dr., Crystal Lake, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 10. He was taken into custody by the McHenry County Sheriff's Office with a court date to be set.

Domestic Battery

Alanna Kandace-Krystal Sears-Dixon, 28, of the 40 block of Burr Oak Dr., Crystal Lake was charged with domestic battery on Dec. 11 and taken into custody by the McHenry County Sheriff's Office, with a court date to be set.

Michael Trevor Meyer, 20, of the 1300 block of Washington St., Lake in the Hills, was charged with domestic battery on Dec. 11 and taken into custody by the McHenry County Sheriff's Office with a court date to be set.

William James Kindall, 19, of the 100 block of Wedgewood Dr., Crystal Lake, was charged with domestic battery and unlawful interference with reporting domestic violence, on Dec. 15. He was taken into custody by the McHenry County Sheriff's Office with a court date to be set.

Disorderly Conduct

Jimmy Earl Perry, 47, 331 Millard Ave., Crystal Lake, was charged with disorderly conduct and released on a notice to appear in court on Jan. 25.
