Domestic Battery

Trent J. Keegan, 18, 1748 Andover Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 9 and charged with one count of battery. Keegan posted bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 19.

Rafael Degante, 30, 645 Virginia Rd. 221, Crystal Lake, was arrested Feb. 2, and charged with one count of domestic battery. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock, where he was awaiting bond and a court date.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Zach J. Mecko, 19, 1024 Butler Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 20, and charged with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock. His bond was set at $150, and he is scheduled to appear in court March 5.

Possession of Cannabis, Neglect of Children

Robert D. Prestley, 43, 9010 Melinda Dr., Harvard, was arrested Feb. 1, and charged with one count possession of between 2.5 to 10 grams cannabis, one count possession of drug paraphernalia, one count contributing to the dependency and neglect of children, and disregarding a stop sign. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 19.

Underage Drinking

Sidney M. Johnson, 19, 4751 Princeton Ln., Lake in the Hills, was arrested Feb. 1, and charged with one count of illegal possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 19.

Arrest Warrant

Alyssa R. Krutwig, 23, 1674 Rolling Hills Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 31, on a Jackson County warrant for public possession of alcohol. Krutwig posted $100 bond and was released. She was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 11.
