Cary Police Blotter: Residents Charged with Domestic Battery, Violating Orders of Protection

Domestic Battery
Daisy Delgado, 20, 14 Wagner, Cary, was arrested on Dec. 5, and charged with two counts of domestic battery/ causing bodily harm, one count domestic battery, and one count domestic battery/physical contact/ violating orders of protection.
Christopher J. Corr, 21, 278 Moders Ave., Cary, was arrested on Dec. 24, and charged with two counts domestic battery/ bodily harm and one count resisting a peace officer.
Daniel R. Stueckemann, 43, 426 W. Margaret Terrace, was arrested Jan. 14, and charged with one count of domestic battery/ physical contact.
Violating Orders of Protection
Daniel K. White, 40, 1301 Messa Dr., Huntley, was arrested Dec. 31, and charged with violating orders of protection.
Outstanding Warrant
Igor Nmi Utyuzh, 43, 485 New Castle Dr., Cary, was arrested Dec. 19, on an outstanding in-state warrant.
James J. Seidel, 19, 203 Grove Ave., Fox River Grove, was arrested Jan. 15, on an outstanding in-state warrant.
